Work Permit

Every foreigner living in Turkey must obtain a work permit in order to work in Turkey. Work permits are issued by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security. The Ministry evaluates work permit requests in a rigorous and meticulous manner. Therefore, the conditions stipulated by the Ministry are important in obtaining a work permit.
